Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Rogers, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. The role involves evaluating, treating, and documenting patient care, with a schedule Monday-Friday 7am-6pm and 8-hour shifts, at our Rogers location.

Starting compensation is $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, with incentives including sign-on bonuses or student debt relief. Our benefits support career growth, continuing education, generous PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
