Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Rogers, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. You will evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care, while maintaining open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payors.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, a sign-on or debt relief program, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with eight-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- Rogers
Location: 21395 John Milless Drive Suite 600 Rogers MN 55374
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)
Compensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience
