Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's St. Luke's Health-Memorial Livingston in Livingston, TX, is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients restore or maintain mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

You will perform initial evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide direct treatments within an interdisciplinary team setting. Responsibilities include meeting productivity standards, collaborating with staff and families, and documenting care while supporting patient education and engagement

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure eligibility.
• TX licensure as Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family considering age and lifestyle.
• Perform age-appropriate interventions and discharge when goals are met.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with team.
• Maintain positive customer service and work with interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient care charting, scheduling, and peer reviews per policy.
• Use information systems to support department and hospital goals.
