Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team in Wisconsin. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver hands-on therapy across multiple settings to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in applicable states.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; or equivalent.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated to US standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed.
• Maintain quality patient care and safety.
