Job summary

The role requires reviewing referrals, planning written treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians to optimize care. You will supervise PT staff, document progress, and assist in program development and budgeting within the rehab department.

Qualifications

• Credentialed graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform tasks with safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer a prescribed physical therapy treatment program.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides; train students.
• Record patient treatment, response and progress; coordinate with physicians.
