Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver targeted therapies in facility settings. You will design recovery plans, guide patients, and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize outcomes. The role emphasizes patient empowerment and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with PT degree.
• Master's in PT related field plus Bachelor's in PT as an alternative.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Collaborate with care team and refer to other providers as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Work across diverse settings including facilities and travel across the U.S.
