Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers medically prescribed PT treatments for patients.
• Consults with physicians about PT factors impacting patient care.
• Documents findings and treatments for medical records; handles billing per procedures.
• Educates patients and families on care and use of therapies and exercises.
• Acts as information/resource for patients, families and staff.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA requirements.
• Assists with priorities and daily tasks; supports other staff as needed.
• Recommends solutions to patient care problems.
