The Hughston Clinic in Dublin, GA is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and patient care. You will collaborate with physicians, document care, and participate in patient education and care coordination.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, current state PT license, BLS certification, and about 2 years of experience; PRN/as-needed availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Current state license to practice PT.
• BLS certification required.
• Approximately 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
• Consults with physicians about PT factors affecting health status.
• Documents treatments and patient information for medical records.
• Educates patients and families on care and exercises.
• Participates in professional development and affiliations.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and handles duties as assigned.
• Recommends solutions to patient care problems.
• Prioritizes daily tasks and supports staff as needed.
