Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• DPT preferred or educational requirements commensurate with graduation date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of employment.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care based on department policies and patient age needs.
• Evaluate patients and plan care using evidence-based interventions.
• Set functional goals and monitor outcomes with patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment, and home programs.
