Job summary

Grace Physical Therapy in Summerville, SC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal impairments. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina, or eligibility for licensure.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant role is based in Summerville, SC. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional impairments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role also involves maintaining a safe, supportive treatment environment, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions, and supporting clinic operations as needed to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge in Medicine and Physical Therapy to assess conditions and provide evidence-based treatment.
• Strong Rehabilitation skills, including developing and progressing individualized therapy plans.
• Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of South Carolina, or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency in electronic health record documentation and basic computer skills.
