Career Crunch is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and guide daily progress. You will educate nursing staff and families, document care per regulatory standards, and maintain a safe, efficient clinical area in South Carolina.

Role requires SC license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in rehab settings is a plus and the position includes comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: previous rehab setting experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate a patient’s condition and develop a treatment plan; help patients improve day by day.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs based on patient progress.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with patient scheduling and daily postings to records.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Instruct patient’s family or staff in follow-through programs and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Handle duties in line with company policies and applicable laws; perform other duties as assigned.

A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:

• Put your physical therapy skills to work where they're really needed -evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them get better, day by day. You'll also instruct the nursing staff and the patient's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress they've made
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements
• Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal laws
• Other duties as assigned
