Job summary

Grace Physical Therapy in Summerville, SC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal impairments. The clinician will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.

You will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, collaborate with other health professionals, and help maintain a safe, patient-centered care environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina, or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.
