Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a weekend Physical Therapist (PT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Glens Falls, NY. The role supports residents with rehabilitation plans and uses state-of-the-art therapy, with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence & protect facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort.
