Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a weekend Physical Therapy (PT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Join a team of skilled therapists with mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for career growth.

Weekend hours and weekly paychecks are available, with state‑of‑the‑art technology and supported advancement for new grads. We seek a Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program with an active New York State PT License.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current New York State PT License

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy and stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence and protects facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contributes to team effort.

Duties of an exceptional therapist include:

• Evaluate residents conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
