Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a weekend Physical Therapy (PT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Bath, New York. You will join a team of therapists delivering high-quality rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.

We value mentorship and provide clinical support for all therapists, including new grads. This weekend role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a premier rehab provider.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in New York and graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Knowledge of rehab protocols and resident-focused care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents’ pain using exercises, hands-on therapy and stretching.
• Help residents perform tasks and monitor their progress.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Current New York State PT License

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans

• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

PT Requirements Include
