Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Full-Time split Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Naugatuck and Newtown, CT. The successful candidate will split time between the two facilities.

Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling between the two sites on one day. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this position and licensure as a PT in CT (or eligibility) is required.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

A Full-Time split Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Naugatuck and Newtown, CT. Compensation

Good Faith Rate Range: $39/hr - $48/hr
