Preftherapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to split time between our Naugatuck and Newtown facilities in Connecticut. The PT/RPT will provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to achieve resident outcomes.

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Split time between Naugatuck and Newtown facilities, travel between sites is paid within a day.

The successful candidate will split time between the two facilities.
