Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility in Naugatuck, CT. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time applicants. We offer generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for continuing education.

Formación

• PT license or license eligibility required.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Overview $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS A Full-Time (30-40 hrs) or Part-Time (24-29 hours) Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Naugatuck, CT.
