BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced PT to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in Senior Living Communities throughout the Lexington and Salisbury area.

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist:

• Provide 1:1 care with clients in their senior living residences

• Conduct assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and safety

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve movement and prevent injury

• Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques to promote long-term wellness

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using a state-of-the-art tablet system

What We’re Looking For:

Active PT License in the state of North Carolina

Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
