Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a Physical Therapist to support students in Central Suffolk County, NY. This on-site role follows a school calendar with Monday–Friday hours and an hourly rate of $60–$120, plus a $2K sign-on bonus after 90 days of active caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

• Location: School District placements in Central Suffolk County, NY
• Status: Fee for Service, and/or Full Time opportunities available
• Hours: Monday-Friday, following school calendar (flexible scheduling with FFS)
• Compensation: $60-$120/hour
• Larger groups can earn up to $200+ per hour
