Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our New York team on a part-time, fee-for-service, or full-time potential basis. The role focuses on designing and delivering therapy for early intervention and preschool aged children, with an hourly compensation of $110 depending on experience and licensure.

You will evaluate, implement interventions, and collaborate with families and school teams, maintaining accurate documentation, attending CPSE/CSE meetings when needed, and

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Experience with early intervention and/or preschool children preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Working with early intervention and / or preschool children
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**
