Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Hawaii is seeking licensed Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home care on O'ahu. Flexible per diem schedule allows you to choose your own patients and set your workload.

Compensation includes per-visit pay with potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year. A Hawaii license, current experience, and reliable transportation are required to deliver high-quality, home-based therapy efficiently.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
