Always Best Care Senior Services is a Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home therapy. The role offers a flexible per diem schedule with the option to choose your own patients and requires reliable transportation.

Join our team to assess and treat seniors in their homes, perform fall-risk evaluations, and collaborate with the care team to improve safety and independence for clients across O'ahu.

Formación

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.

Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year

Pay:

• PT: $80 per visit
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients
