Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.

Job description

Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year

Pay:

PT: $80 per visit
PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)
