Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home therapy on O'ahu, HI. Per diem, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to choose your own patients are offered to support senior mobility and safety at home.

Responsibilities include conducting visits, performing evaluations, and coordinating care with the team. Hawaii license and valid driver's license required; 1+ year home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.

Job description

Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year

Pay:

• PT: $80 per visit
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients
