Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O’ahu, HI is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home therapy. You will perform evaluations, implement treatment plans, and support seniors to stay safe, mobile, and independent at home.

Schedule: flexible per diem with per-visit pay ($80/visit for PT; $55–$60/visit for PTA). Location: O’ahu; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Hawaii.
• Experience with home health or in-home therapy is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations and reassessments, including fall risk assessments.
• Document progress and coordinate with care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team

Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
