Job summary

Hireology in Hawaii is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for per diem roles on O’ahu. You will provide in-home PT/PTA visits, complete initial evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk assessments, and communicate progress with the care team to keep seniors safe at home.

With flexible per diem scheduling and required reliable transportation, the role offers the potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year depending on visit volume and patient mix, while

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
