Job summary

Symbria, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to cover weekday shifts across Brethren Village in Lancaster and nearby senior communities. You will work within an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver geriatric rehabilitation, set goals, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.

Candidates should have a PT degree from an accredited program, a valid state license, and at least 1 year of acute or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays (weekends as needed).
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
• NetHealth proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.

Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Brethren Village in Lancaster AND our cluster of retirement communties is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

This role is for WEEKDAY COVERAGE. You can be available weekends as well but must be available as well during weekdays.

Please Note That Symbria Requires PRN To Be Available For Coverage At Several Of Our Top Rated Senior Communities (SNF/LTC/CCRC's) Which Include Some Of The Following

• Landis Homes, Lititz
• United Zion, Lititz
• Fairmount Homes, Ephrata

• Maple Farms, Akron

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
