Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Team in the Lancaster area. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no weekends, serving as a float across multiple community sites and supporting telehealth as needed.

New grads are encouraged to apply and mentorship is provided. Flexibility and strong communication with an interdisciplinary team are essential to help older adults achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license (new grads welcome with mentorship).
• Flexibility, self-sufficiency, organization, and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans in collaboration with PTAs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Support patients in achieving outcomes and serve as a trusted partner to the community.

Responsibilities

As a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license. New Grads are welcome to apply! Mentorship Program Available.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
• Must be flexible, self-sufficient, self-starter. Must be organized, professional and abiltiyt to adapt to change quickly.
