Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Occupational Therapist at Springfield Regional Medical Center on a PRN weekend-day schedule. You will evaluate patients, craft individualized treatment plans, and provide therapies to improve daily living skills.

Requirements include an accredited OT program, an active Ohio OT license, and CPR/BLS; inpatient rehab experience is preferred. You will collaborate with care teams and families, document progress, and ensure safety in all

• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and have a current OT license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:

• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Current BLS/CPR required
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred
