Job summary

Springfield Regional Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN weekend day/month position. You will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills.

You'll document sessions and progress, collaborate with other health professionals and families on care planning, educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current OT license in OH.
• Current BLS/CPR required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

What we're looking for

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and have a current OT license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:

• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Current BLS/CPR required
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems preferred
