Job summary

Sprenger Health Care of Port Royal is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Port Royal, SC. You’ll evaluate residents and design individualized plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

As part of a family-owned network, you’ll deliver patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility and independence, supervise PTA staff, and participate in mentorship from day one with a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• New graduates welcome — mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.

Physical Therapist (PT) – In-House at SHC of Port Royal, Port Royal, SC. This role is in-house with a family-owned therapy organization, focused on patient-centered care and clinically-led teams rather to contract-based models.

We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization — not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do — delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives.
