What you will do in this role:

• Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate their recovery. You will also instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs that support progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation of charges.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Educate patients’ families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Perform duties in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
