What you will do in this role:

1. Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs that build on patient progress.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records.
3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
6. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
