Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Current state licensure or license eligibility.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents and initiate referrals as appropriate, following department procedures.
• Conduct regular screenings of residents to assess the need for intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents to gather data necessary for treatment planning and conduct specialized evaluations as needed.
• Coordinate treatment plans with residents, families, and team members.
• Implement and conduct treatments as outlined in the care plan.
