Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a part-time Physical Therapy (PT) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Join our team of skilled therapists at our client facility, Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching.
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
