Part‑time (24 hrs, 3‑5 days per week) Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) position available in our sub‑acute / skilled nursing facility located in Wilton, CT. This role offers potential advancement to a Rehab Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in an outpatient and sub‑acute / skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state of employment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
