Preferred Therapy Solutions in Sharon, CT is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute rehab team. The role offers 24 hours per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain timely documentation using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. A CT PT license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.
