Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in outpatient and sub-acute/SNF settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current PT license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; adapt to team needs.
