Inova Physical Rehab Services - Woodbridge is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday at 14605 Potomac Branch Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start.
• Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
