Inova Physical Therapy - Dulles South/Chantilly is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team. This role will be a Full Time (31.75 hours/week), Day Shift, Monday-Friday with evening shifts

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
- Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
- Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Preferred Qualification:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
- Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) experience
