Inova Physical Therapy Center - Springfield is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, day-shift role with Monday–Friday hours and two evening shifts until 7pm (including Thursday). The position offers a 1:1 patient treatment model, mentorship, and a commitment to continued education and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• VA licensure or compact privileges required on start.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations per department guidelines and adjusts treatment plans.
• Complies with written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries policies.
• Gives instruction and supervision to assistive personnel per program policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and care team members.

Inova Physical Therapy Center - Springfield is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
• Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Qualification:

• Physical Therapist (PT) experience
