H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our Berkeley Springs outpatient clinic. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and a up to $20,000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.

You will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient population, develop individualized plans, and use evidence-based interventions while leveraging AI-assisted documentation tools. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• DPT/MSPT/MPT/BPT from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
• Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture.

Your Role

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
