Job summary

Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house therapy team and deliver patient-centered care in a post-acute setting.

You’ll evaluate residents, design treatment plans, guide exercises, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; you’ll complete documentation and billing accurately, while enjoying flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or graduate of an approved PT program.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence

Pay: New increased wages! $48–$65 per hour, depending on licensure and experience
