Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Eugene, OR to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. You will deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training and pain management, while educating families on safe equipment use.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote progress and independence, and ensure timely documentation and billing. Flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules available; generous benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Oregon or actively pursuing licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Compensation

Starting at $47–$54 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available
• Flexibility in scheduling — ask us what options are available

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oregon, or graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy education program
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
