Job summary

Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Corvallis, OR to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic exercises. You will educate residents and families about equipment and techniques, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Post-acute care experience is preferred and licensure in Oregon is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oregon or graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence.

Pay: $47–$62/HR (DOE)

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
