Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of SD to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This contract position features an 8-hour schedule, with duties including applying clinical expertise to patient care and contributing to the organization’s mission and goals.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in SNF/LTC.
• Current Physical Therapist license within the SD state.
