Centra Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process to obtain MI licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role provides a 5x8 day schedule with accountability to organizational goals.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)SNF / LTC experience required.Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
