Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for home health visits. This role involves providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to adult and geriatric clients in Spartanburg and Anderson counties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Making home visits within designated territories.
2. Performing diagnostic tests such as mobility, range of joints, transfer status, and safety assessments.
3. Implementing wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
4. Developing and revising individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises and gait training.
5. Assessing and participating in multidisciplinary care planning.
6. Educating clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
7. Documenting client care accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

1. Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
2. Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency with computers; EMR experience preferred.
