Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Part-Time or Per Diem role providing home health visits to adults and seniors in Senior Living Communities across Cumberland and Franklin Counties.

Requirements include at least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care, enabling clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

• Make home visits within designated areas.
• Conduct diagnostic tests (mobility, strength, balance, safety assessments).
• Implement wound care using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Create and update individualized care plans, including manual therapies and gait training.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and safety activities.
• Document care activities accurately using electronic tablets.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduate of an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
