Mission Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Bend, Oregon team. This full-time role focuses on in-home patient care, evaluating conditions and creating individualized treatment plans to relieve pain and improve mobility.

You will implement therapeutic exercises, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care. A valid PT license and current BLS are required.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
